Nice but overpriced
This is nice if you want to put it high on a shelf to look at. The stand is really cheap plastic. The metal part if it is metal is of a higher quality. I guess the four AA batteries are to make it a perpetual motion device. However, the clicking sound makes it unusable for any room in the house.That said, its perfect with my Heartstopper books display

The people aren't lovers, they can't get off the ride!
My husband bought me this for Christmas, said it reminded him of us. Cute idea and it's made relatively nice. The problem is the people swing so fast and so high that it's unusable as a visual knick knack. We laughed at the idea that they aren't lovers but they are hanging on for dear life as they can't get off this ride, it's funny to us but not good for it's purpose.
