I am very pleased by this product. I have been taking ashwagandha for awhile now and it is effective. I did a ton of research before even starting to take this "supplement". Because ashwagandha is good for lowering stress, it helps with cortisol levels. This particular brand is a first time buy for me, but I like it so far & would buy again.

I can't say to much on the mood since i try and use them 40 minutes before I sleep however, when it comes to sleep it's amazing my rem time is normally double or triple the old and my deep sleep a lot better as well. Also it doesn't take long at all my watch noticed the change even after the first day.

Mentions “vegetarian capsule” in the “other ingredients” section on both the amazon and santa cruz paleo websites. But mine says “gelatin capsule”. This is very problematic and disappointing for people with religious or otherwise dietary restrictions
