Perfect for gymnastics bars!
10/10! Got this for daughter to use on her gymnastics bar and boy does she get some energy out swinging on this! Definitely recommend

It is exactly like the photo.
I love it. I was afraid it wouldn't hold me but it is a great buy. It does help with flexibility ease of use, and it does help build strength in my workouts and stretches.

Missing carabineer for straps so cannot use full product

Didn’t come with yoga strap
Loved this product it WILL hold you very easy to adjust and great quality I was just upset that it DID NOT come with the yoga strap :/

Exactly what is described. The handles to pull on seem to be a little weak in my opinion and I’m still working on a push up so it’s not like I’m this crazy strong women.It’s not helpful as I thought it would with my stretching.

Not a fan
I didn’t like this item. In looking at it I thought it works be hood enough for what I needed it for. A longer bands that didn’t stretch. It appears to be a long band but only when you stretch it. I didn’t notice it was elastic when I purchased

Don't buy unless you have a super sturdy door. The panels in the door have to be solid as a rock or you will kick right through. Also is very hard to use and hurts when it digs into your back and hips. Not worth the buy AT ALL.
