Wow! Just WOW!
I love it. So glad we got it.I went to visit our daughter and she had two bidets. One in guest bathroom. One in her master bathroom. The one in guest bathroom was not fancy. Did not need an electrical outlet. Had a knob. Only cold/room temperature water. I have to tell you…I was a bit afraid of the thing. Still, I was curious enough to give it a whirl…and oh my. That was a pretty nice experience. A little water shot up and out…but I quickly figured that out and learned how to position right. After I came home…and many months later…I decided we needed a bidet too. My hubby…not so much…but I was pretty sure he would come around. We did not have an electrical out let near our toilet. My hubby is not a handy man. I called an electrician to come and put in an electrical outlet in the master bathroom. I ordered two bidets from Amazon. This one for our bathroom and a non-electrical one for guest bathroom. My handyman came today and installed both. Our house is 16 years old. Just to be safe…he changed out some connection to reduce chance of leaking later. Both bidets are in and working perfectly tonight. The non- electrical bidet is pretty simple. It does it’s job and the water is room temperature. Not bad at all. It is very easy to use and guests should have no problem figuring it out. Actually, for the price it is a wonderful addition to our house. I will appreciate it if our power ever goes out. This bidet is just crazy nice. The warm seat. The blue light. The warm water. The different choices. The ease of use. The way you feel after using it: fresh and clean. I could not believe how much toilet paper I did not use today. I love seeing it put together. I have not tried the different temps or water pressure because it seems perfect the way it is. It really is a wonderful addition…and especially if one suffers from chronic stomach issues or mobility issues. This will be a valuable item to have. I will hate not having a bidet available if we travel. Once you get used to it…you will not look back.Update: July 28, 2024Still loving this bidet. No problems. Still works perfectly. Wish I had gotten one many years ago. Won’t ever be without a bidet again.

Perfectly priced product; however.
TLDR: "Fairly priced, probably a fantastic beginner product for those interested into trying a bidet. Probably slightly better suited for women and people who aren't too large. You may have to go to some trouble finding proper sized threaded piece for your water line but this is true of all products that connect to water lines."Initially gave this a one star review out of frustration, which was not the fault of the product or the manufacturer, sorry for that. But I'm here to give the review it deserves.I was upset because the 23mm three-way water supply splitter did not fit on my water lines and I struggled to find anywhere that fit a 23mm thread, but I finally found one online. moving on....INSTALLATION: 5/5; Again, aside from maybe a small struggle to get the water line sorted, which might require you to get a new splitter, and keep in mind this requires an outlet to plug into, might need an extension cord. Other than that, the instructions were simple and easy to follow.USAGE: 4/5; Occasionally, maybe every like 20-30 uses, the buttons will not respond, but all you have to do it cycle the power off and back on and it works fine; hardly an issue. Also, I'll never want to live without a heated toilet seat ever again.FIT: 4/5; The product fit my toilet nearly perfectly, hopefully it mostly fits your toilet as well. I'm not sure if my toilet is just terribly small but since some of the space is taken up by the bidet mechanism, the toilet set itself is smaller and more forward due to this. Making seat sometimes awkward in that men be touch the toilet bowl if too far forward and again, the smaller seat means larger folks may not like thisPRICE: 5/5; the product doesnt necessarily fit perfectly or function perfectly but its universal product that works as intended. And the market price seems fair. If you want something that fits or works a little better, you will spend A LOT more for something higher quality than this. Fairly priced IMO.CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I initially put a one star they emailed me to ask how they could assist and I really appreciated that. I ignored their email but they did care enough to try and that's worth bumping this 4/5 product to 5/5 imo.CONCLUSION: Fairly priced, probably a fantastic beginner product for those interested into trying a bidet. Probably slightly better suited for women and people who aren't too large. You may have to go to some trouble finding proper sized threaded piece for your water line but this is true of all products that connect to water lines.

Had to disassemble to prime it
After getting it mounted, I could not for the life of me to get it to pull water in. It would show an error regarding no water and I kept trying to use the troubleshooting steps in the manual, but it didn't help. Finally, because I have enough skill to work on electronics and water lines, I just took it apart and briefly opened the water connection in two places to get water through the pump. After carefully drying everything that got wet in the process, I plugged it in and it started working and has worked ever since. In a perfect world it would have just worked, or had a way to prime it that doesn't involve disassembly or exposure of electrical components.I don't recommend doing this if you don't have knowledge of working with electronics or water seals. You could damage the product or risk electric shock.Despite the issues with getting it primed I found it to be a great product. It's easy to use, effective and feels like a quality product. While I had it apart I saw that the electronics inside are coated to protect them from any potential water leaks or spills. I feel comfortable spraying with a sprayer for cleaning directly onto the product. And if liquid got inside it likely wouldn't cause damage unless it happens to have chemicals needed to break down the coating.Overall happy with the product. Installation was relatively simple.Just had a terrible experience getting it to prime itself.

The Cadillac of Bidets!
This thing is awesome! Both the wife and I were due for the ol' scoping and was recommended to get a bidet to ease the skin after you drink their colon blow needed for the procedure. Not a fan of cold water being firehosed up the back end, we decided on this one mainly because of the heated water option (having a plug near the toilet is a must).Easy to install, and after it's on, it "looks" like you are losing bowl space because of the water tank on the back of the unit, but it's perfect. Seat has a sensor built in so you can't just turn on the bidet function. it needs skin contact to work. 3 water temps, 3 seat temps, 2 air dryer temps...I'm telling you...this thing is AWESOME! Was lucky to score it on a 50% off deal, but knowing what i know now...i'd happily pay full price on it, cause it's worth every cent!

Very poor electrical design
I installed this bidet by myself (82 years old) so anyone could do it. My toilet has smooth sides and the back of it is fairly close to the back wall. I had to maneuver a bit to get the water connection tight enough, but that was my problem, not the bidet. So far it has worked perfectly and I wish I had done this years ago.UPDATE: July 2024. I hate this bidet so much I uninstalled it and bought an inexpensive non-electric one. When I am not using this bidet I press the button to off. All lights go off. Good. But if the power flickers, as it may do during a thunder storm, the bidet turns itself ON and all selections are set to HIGH. This is not only inconvenient but DANGEROUS. If I had left this bidet plugged in while I was out of town for two weeks it could have been running on HIGH for all that time. It SHOULD come back to OFF after a power flicker. Another BAD feature is found when I sit down and press the button to go ON and the water and seat controls are in random positions. I always had the water and seat heating set to OFF (it is summer now), but they turn themselves ON. This bidet should REMEMBER the settings I used and should stay there when I turn it on again. I hate wasting the money, but the bidet is out. (Too late for return obviously).
