This is our 3rd bidet. (Gotten for our spare bathroom-we have a different brand in our master, & a cold water bidet in our camper trailer with no remote-no electric needed on THAT one, but oooh it's cold 🥶 in the late fall/early spring!😳)My husband installed this within 10 mins, no leaks, not having to buy any extra parts. He loved the night light! The seat beeps when you sit on it, but was easy to turn it off by holding down button on the control on the seat. (little beep didn't bother me, but he said it was anoying🥴) And what about that? I like that if the remote gets misplaced by a child (or husband? 🤣) you can still use the basic functions from the small panel ON the seat. It has all the features like our more expensive bidet, but we only paid about $220 for this one. We rarely use the dryer but cool (warm😁) to have. Warm seat, warm water, options for nozzle position, dryer/water heat, even has a button for a child option. (which we didn't try.) If the worst thing I can say is I wish it came with batteries for the remote, I think it's a great product and for the money, you really should give it a try! I would never go back to doing without one!*2 Additional notes: for those contemplating purchasing one with NO plug in for just cold water use, (if you have no access to an outlet near your commode) it's STILL better than not having a bidet! We have a very cheap, cold water/no remote bidet in the trailer and in the colder months when the water is VERY COLD🥶, AFTER the first cold water hits, it's not bad🤷‍♀️, but if you are getting a bidet and have access to an outlet, I would get the warm water one. Realize we sometimes camp in below freezing temps at night, so the cold water in your house shouldn't get THAT cold. 🤔Also, remote vs no hand held remote:(attached to seat) is tricky. If you can store it on the wall and anyone using it keeps it in the holder when not using it, I would recommend the hand held since it is MUCH easier to use it if you have lots of options. But if you are worried the remote will be misplaced, you may want to consider the ones built into the seat. Our TRAILER bidet has only TWO options, pressure of the water and position. So it is easy to USE/CHANGE those 2 while sitting and not being able to SEE what you are selecting. 🧐 I would advise REMOTES if possible if you have many options since most people can't change them all while sitting.I hope this long review will help!

I previously had a heated toilet seat cover. It was great, but a friend broke it and when I looked for replacement & saw ones w/ lots more features I was excited. Warm water & warm air bidet! Heated seat! Remote control! Blue nightlightEasy Installation! (I am 69, so for me to have the courage to put it on, wow!) Tight fit so seat isn't slipping off top of toilet! Excellent customer service & communication! Heard from company before product was even shipped to offer support & help if I needed it. From start, it has worked better than I imagined. And so lovely to use! I feel freshened up continually. Wish I had purchased this one ages ago.

I love the multiple setting options. A child setting for even the smallest member of your home. Leave cold seats behind. Personalize your experience. The nightlight is a nice touch. It was easy to install. First unit had a slight leak at the nozzle. A replacement was resent immediately.

I rarely leave feedback on Amazon because I buy so much, but I love this unit so much, I had to share. Everything was great! Went in fast, and easy. No leaks or problems. My son mounted the remote on the wall by the toilet paper, and the UV light keeps the toilet cleaner longer. It has definitely helped my back as I don't have to do any twisting. Would definitely buy again.

This replaced an older bidet, same model. The new one seems to have a short. Everytime the water pump turns on, the lights in the house dim with the pulse of the water pump on the bidet. No way to contact seller to get a replacement, and the return link is freezes.

My wife and I were thinking of buying a full on the bidet toilet, but the good one's are expensive.So we decided to try the add-ons instead, in case we didn't like it,we can always remove it and no harm done.Well to my surprise we love it, all the features and settings work nicely on this unit.If I would have known I would have bought one a long time ago.

As I’m enjoying the use of this AMAZING thing I have to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bidet!!! Wow. It’s so comfortable. I’m happy we put it in the master bathroom. I don’t want anyone else enjoying this as much as me. I don’t want to get off. That’s a problem. It’s so luxurious. I can’t believe I waited so long to get this one. I love the warm water and heated seat. And the dryer?!!! Wow. I spent the money on this but I still feel like saying thank you. It was easyish to install. Comes with everything you need including plumbers tape. If it goes on sale again I want to buy one for a friend. Lol

This will be a really nice bidet to people who have actually never used a really nice bidet. However, if you are truly looking for something premium, this is not a good option. First of all, this thing looks stupid. Its bulky and takes up half the bowl making a rather small area to actually sit on. The aesthetic gives off a medical seat for seniles look. The giant warning sticker that says nothing important stuck to the lid doesn't help either. I tried to remove it and it's practically permanent. The lid was still sticky it ruined the lid coloring. Goo gone just made it worse. Why put giant stickers on a toilet seat that leave an insane residue if removed?Aside from that, everything functions, just not well. The water pressure barely changes between the light, medium and hard settings. I like a good amount of pressure to clean my bum and even "deification" mode is a very lightly spray in my opinion. The blower also doesn't blow hard enough. You have to sit there for 5min minimum if you want to be blown until dry. The seat warmer and water warmer do work well so thats good.The old saying "you get what you pay for" holds true with this product. I had high expectations and hoped this would operate above its price range but it just doesn't. I am going to keep the Bidet because its a weird item to return at this point. However, I would not buy this product again.
