Great grill, setup was easy! You will need a friend to lift it in place as it is very solid and very heavy. Connected to WIFI easily through the APP. Love the Recipe feature in the APP and there is also a Chef that has great You Tube recipes. I bought some accessories (Cast Grill & Griddle along with carbon steel Cooking Trays) directly from the company, they were super helpful and my order arrived quickly.

The grill came on a crate and was very well packaged and protected. Easy to put together but recommend 2 people picking up the grill to put on the stand. Did my first cook (Dino ribs) and everything went perfectly. The Dino ribs were delicious. I have offset smoker and this grill takes away the guesswork on the fire management. I can control the temperature via the App. The probes provided accurate readings. The food comes out perfectly. Can’t wait to do another cook. Thanks

Just bought this grill at a local big box store for nearly 50% off and I couldn’t be happier.First cook was pork sausage and it came out wonderful.All I did was put the charcoal in, push the fire starter button and set the temp at 250.This grill gel the temp spot on until I opened the lid and then raised it to 400 for that perfect sear.My only complaint so far is the app. Give us the option for notes/renaming a “session” so we know what we cooked and how it went.

Takes the stress and difficulty out of charcoal.

BE CAREFUL if buying a Kamado Joe grill. I ordered and received a Konnected Joe. Upon unpacking it I discovered that the ceramic was damaged in a number of places. This occurred in transit I assume or during packing. I opened a customer service ticket but all the company was willing to do was send red touch up paint to paint over the damage (not even a one-for-one replacement). Long story short, the understanding and support from Kamado Joe was unsatisfactory considering the damaged product. I would recommend just staying away from Kamado Joe, there are other established, reputable grills out there that better work with the customer.

It’s called “konnected” which is ironic since app doesn’t work. Literally the most pathetic useless app ever created. Doesn’t work. Company knows app is garbage, and does nothing about it.

I purchased this Kamado Joe Konnect on 6/22/2023. Once I unboxed it, I started to realize that it was improperly assembled at the factory. The lower lid band bolt was stripped, the lower gasket was improperly installed. These problems made it so the lid would not close properly. I tried to adjust the lid accordance with their instructions, but had to cut the lower band belt bolt and replace with another bolt in order to adjust. I opened a support ticket with customer support and it took over a month for them to respond. Currently, the grill sits out on my patio unusable, and I am getting very little support from Kamado Joe.
