Wrinkles not removed after wasting 20 minutes on 1 single shirt
I tried 2 shirts and successfully wasted 20 minutes on 1 shirt. But i am not able to remove the wrinkles from the shirt. And whenever i tried to steam lower end of shirt, steam pipeWill get folded and output of steam is getting less. I think they need to make product, which will easily remove wrinkles in 1 - 2 strokes.

Problems
It works OK, when it works..!The problem is, the steam pipe twists too often and the steam flow stops, then steam valve opens and the floor gets wet.Secondly, the water dips on garments and makes them wet, specially in horizontal position, which is not supposed to happen as per manufacturer's details.I don't know why it is in non-return category..! In my view all items sold online should be Returnable, without exceptions, because you don't know the exact look, freshness(in case of food items), usefulness, handling problems etc, before seeing the Actual product.

Very powerful and comes with a convenient ironing board
I just replaced my Philips steamer which gave up after 2 years of use due to corrosion of boiler. This one is much more powerful in term of steam output and looks beautiful. The board provided is not very huge in size but quite useful and best part is it can be used in 3 different angles.Rossmann customer support was very helpful in explaining the right way to steam garments, which is wear the glove in free hand and hold and stretch the fabric slightly and then steam that area for efficient and easy crease removal.

Awesome company service
Product was a gift to me and I was facing issues in pipe of steamer. As I called to customer care they immediately resolve my problem within a week. Now I'm very much satisfied with the product.
