I loved the weather station when it arrived. It was simple to set up....so simple I didn't read all the instructions. I was admiring it before I went to sleep when the screen suddenly went black! When Ì pressed the snooze/light button it behaved as though it was on battery, so I assumed mains power had gone off. After a while, pushing buttons and trying a different socket, it started working again. This happened again later and I decided it must be faulty, and was ready to return it. It was only then that I thought to check if there was a troubleshooting section in the manual. That was when I discovered it was checking in every hour during the night to synchronise the rc clock Each time takes 7 minutes, then normal service is resumed.I was happy to discover this, as otherwise I really like the weather station, and it seems pretty accurate. It concurs with the readings on my old one, which I bought it to replace. I like the plug in or battery option, as I was eating through batteries with my old one. Also the colour display and layout is much brighter and easier to read. It is a very nice weather station for the price, and as long as it keeps working I would be happy to recommend it

Firstly i have to say that its a weather station with 3 RCC channels for wireless sensors. You have to cycle through the channels i assume if you had 3 wireless sensors. This comes with one... I have to report that it works and is spot on accurate too as far as i can tell.VERY SIMPLE to set uo even for a digital technophobe like me. I had it set up within 3 mins and without using the manual.1 of the main displays ariels does seem a tad looser than ide like, but it holds its position well, receives well and more to the point, i have checked with other official data sources abd the readings are spot on.👍Large, clear display with multiple levels of brightness make for seemingly crisp and easy to read display and from a distance of 10feet approximately..important information anyway.The moonphase display in the lower left corner could be larger i think.It has all the info youll need. Temperature, pressure, sun, cloud, rain display. Relative humidity, hi/low alarms, 12/24hr time, uk/us format date, alarm.Fold away stand is a bit flimsy like the rest of it. Battery or mains adapter powered.The info displayed is good, sensor connectivity seems to be good.Price wise i think its a tenner (£10 too much).. £18 to £20 seems right for this....Has a quick look at the instruction book. Multi languages, print seems a reasonable size.Packaged well in sturdy box with everything wrapped inside.If anyone buys this i can't imagine them being too unhappy.11/10/2024Product just completely stopped working even with the batteries fully charged.If the product stops eorking after only 2 or 3 days of use, that is testiment to the cheapness of the materiels used. I will be chasing a refund now.

For a budget price this weather station is hard to beat, it has the main required features, but lacks others which you can find in far more expensive models.Pros:Bright LED screen with good display layoutEasy to setupAutomatic clock synchronisationDisplay on full time option with power supplyAccurately predicts precipitation, screen changes to rain symbolsTemperature outdoor and indoor is accurateMoon phase displayCons:Air pressure reading cannot be adjusted for your location altitudeNo internet connectionReally nice little weather station, good enough for novice use. Good value for money.The most disappointing feature is the lack of manual Altitude setting to then give an accurate air pressure reading. It will read correctly for sea level locations, but anyone at higher altitude the air pressure reading will be incorrect. My house is at 200m (660') Above Sea Level (ASL), this weather station constantly shows air pressure around 20 mb less than it should be, according to Met Office data.Otherwise this weather station is nearly perfect, I'm surprised the air pressure reading can't be corrected and is so far out. If the manufacturer can change that it would get 5 stars.

The Time, With Alarm Clock Feature As Well. Gives You The Current Moon, High, Medium & Low Tide Phases ! It Can Also Be Used As A Charger To Charge Your Phone Etc. Comes Complete With An Outdoor Sensor That Connects To The Main Display Really Easy ! I Also Love The Fact That You Turn It On, & Within A Matter Of Seconds It Automatically Updates & Sets The Time, Date, Everything Automatically Without Even Having To Touch It ! All In All, A Brilliant Weather Station & Purchase ! Everything You Need In One ! I Highly Recommend It To All !

Excellent product I have now purchased 3 for all the rooms, it's great for tracking realtime temperature values and records daily high and lows so you can adjust your heating accordingly. The use of battery is ideal for the one in the bathroom where there's no electricity.Readability is great and the 3 brightness settings is superb.

Returned within a few days. Would not pick up the radio signal for the clock despite trying several locations and the temperatures where wildly inaccurate.
