No driver install method correctly identifies the device.
The device doesn't detect the driver automatically even after installing the FTDI drivers. Trying to force a driver through all three methods, including the "have disk" method doesn't identify the device correctly, trying to specify the device also doesn;t make the device function correctly, as you get an "access denied" error.Purchased a different device ( the all whote one ) and that works perfectly so returning this one.

Driver doesn’t work
We bought 2 of these and downloaded and installed the drivers as described on the link. The cables are seen by windows 10 but the driver doesn’t work.
