Quality Mixer Easy to fit
Used this to replace one in the caravan that had effectively seized up. For the price was surprised by the quality of it - it even comes with a pair of snooker referee gloves! I’m no DIY expert but it took around 5 minutes to replace & fit (all you need is an adjustable spanner) . The new one looks good & works great

Top quality at a really low price
Was worried about the low price but I didn't need to. Fitted perfectly in place of my existing unit which must be 10 years old. Really decent quality with all accessories needed including an extra pair of filters.Really not much else to say, this is an excellent product. This is fitted as part of a gravity fed system.

Good but lacking instructions
Working well and looks good. It was straight forward for my dad to fit who's a builder. But it had no proper instructions so anyone without knowledge of doing this would struggle.

Easy to fit
Despite this being fairly cheap it seems of good quality, but time will tell.It was very easy to fit and came with all the extra bits you may need just in case. It took me around 30 minutes to fit (I'm 72) and works much better than my old one. The one I had was an integrated bath/shower head but the flow control was not working right so replaced it with this. The anti scald temperature control is a bonus but in this weather I prefer the water to be a bit warmer. The flow control is also responsive so the flow can also get hot if needed. Its a stop gap as I will be at some time in the future taking the bath out and putting a walk in shower in as its much easier for me. I may even re use this as well.

Good stuff, could use some adjustment
Definitely worth the while.Has given me peace about my kids jumping into the bath.Somehow thought, the water temp is lower than what the tap says but I don't mind

Looks good, but that's it.
Despite "next day delivery", my first one was delayed a day (with no reason given). Had to be returned as it had a faulty ceramic valve - water was leaking on the side where you turn the water on/off. And the delivery of the replacement was also delayed by a day! On both occasions the delivery status was saying "due by 10.00pm" and this wasn't changed to "delayed" until the following day!Anyhow, now been in-situ for just over six weeks and the diverter switch/button is giving trouble. It won't press all the way down, which means when you want water coming from just the tap to fill the bath, you still get water flowing from the shower head! The only way to make the button go all the way down - is to loosen the 1/2 inch hose connector, but this results in water dripping from that connection because it's not tightened enough! So there's obviously an internal fault. This looks good, but the quality is really poor. A tap that becomes faulty after just 6 weeks is not fit for purpose. There's quite a few of similar looking taps on Amazon, but all different 'makes' - so I wonder whether all are made by the same manufacturer, but marketed under various brand names?Amazon are not interested in rectifying the problem. Their solution? Return it for a refund. I explained that it's a bath tap fitted in place, so can't just be removed and returned. Plus there is the additional labour cost. As with a lot of baths, the taps end is up against a wall, which means underneath there's very little room to get to both taps without a specialist long-handle, angled spanner - so I've no choice but to call in a plumber to remove/refit. Oh yeah, Amazon did advise to contact the manufacturer (Uten) direct and gave me a website address - but this doesn't appear to exist!

Handle came flying off after 8 months
Initially quite satisfied, seemed easy to swap, decent temperature control, good visual feedback from the design, and tactile controls. 8 months later, left handle came off, leaving hot water running until I could isolate the water supply and find out what went wrong; it's a plastic socket held in place by a ribbed metal protrusion from the valve, not very robust. Had to superglue it back on. Can't really complain too much for what it cost but would still have expected better than this.
