Very nice laptop/tablet
Very nice cosmetically and operationally. Booted right up to the Windows setup screen and runs well. Only gave it 4 stars because I had to immediately put a new battery in it as the installed one would last 30-45 minutes. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

Versatile and Compact
I love the 2 in 1 design...it is very durable and it has COMPUTER capabilities not just a tablet!

Not as described, but the replacment item was perfect.
Said to be in excellent condition functionally, and cosmetically, but was not. Was in very good condition at best. Item was returned for a replacement with no problems.The fabric-like cover on the back of the keyboard showed significant wear, soil and tear, and the sides of the item was marred significantly. Also, the cover over the uSD slot was missing. Hopefully the replacement item will be just fine.Update: The replacement Latitude tablet computer was shipped promptly, and was fully as expected and described. It Truely was in excellent condition. There was just one insignificant minor cosmetic wear point on the back of the keyboard. The unit came with quite adequate instructions for starting the setup process.

Missing Keyboard, nice laptop otherwise
How hard is it to put the right item in the box. No keyboard, not sure I'll try refurbished hardware, Amazon seems inept.

Expired Windows License, Extremely Slow Wifi
Some very minor visible damage was noted on arrival. No big deal. I knew it was refurbished.As of today, 2.5 months after purchase, I started getting a warning saying that the Windows 10 Pro license is expiring soon. So there was not a legit Windows license installed on this system. Great.As far as the hardware goes, the only major issue is that the wifi is very slow. The rest of the system checks out. I actually got a 500 GB SSD, when it was advertised to have a 256 GB SSD. So that's cool.Overall, I like it. I just wish that I didn't have to buy a copy of Windows now.
