I find out this product good , i personally used some other brand probiotic like tata 1 mg , gut army and vls they were good but after using this probiotic i find its very effective although u also have to change for lifestyle like eat small amountof food which suits you , dnt eat to much junk because i m also suffering from ibs for a long time this pro biotic helps me to some extent u can try it but its bit expensive

Why did you pick this product vs others?:After having these, I feel very energetic and active! Also i had an issue of bloating which is well treated by this.

I bought this probiotic seeing many positive reviews. However I am very disappointed. I have been using probiotics from the last 9 years from various brands, this one is the worst.I sometimes test whether the bacteria present in the capsules is alive/active. If the capsules have active cultures then milk will form a curd when the contents of capsule are added into it. I tried this, and ta da no curdling even after 24 hours. Generally, milk curdles in 6-8 hours.The capsules have deas bacteria. Waste of money.

First time when I bought it I remember it was free from all craps since I don't make a purchase of I find any. Iam highly disappointed to see it's unnecessary extra added ingredients. I request the company to remove all added unnecessary ingredients from the product and keep only probiotics strains and a capsule shells to avoid unnecessary impact on health. Regarding quality it's effective but I prefer pure and genuine ingredients
