Exactly what I wanted
I bought this in the hopes of playing classic world of Warcraft as cheaply as possible to be honest (I was told a potato could run it so I figured I had a shot with this). Computer came with everything listed other than the mouse (which may have hurt my rating if I wasn’t already planning on using my own). It is pretty dinged up cosmetically but I was expecting that and didn’t mind. The monitor is great and everything worked smoothly in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately it couldn’t handle the game, so I emailed tech support and asked if I could send back the tower for something more powerful and just pay the difference. I was expecting them to say yes, but that they would recommend something way out of my price range. Instead, over the course of several promptly responded to emails, Brian from their customer service recommended I get a cheap graphics card and even sent me links to possible options and YouTube videos on how to install it. In other words, instead of taking my money he helped me like he knew who I was. Thanks again Brian! 50 bucks later and the game runs perfectly. I’m sure the computer isn’t perfect for everyone, and of course it’s going to have a few dings, but it was exactly what I was hoping for and the costumer service was fantastic.

Great customer service and prices!!
Holy shipping!!! I ordered this on a Friday afternoon, received it on Saturday although it wasn't expected to be delivered until Tuesday! Overall the appearance is great, I've only found 1 tiny spot where it looks like a letter is rubbing off on the tower but clearly doesn't effect the performance. Unfortunately the monitor arrived damaged. Not by appearance but by function. Turn on just fine and such but quickly would develop a blue line and you can't do nothing. Which this could have happened during shipping from ohio to Tennessee. However, I contacted the seller regarding this and the next day they emailed me back stating they would ship out another on Monday. Its now Tuesday and the monitor arrived. Plugged everything up and good to go. No issues!! Great company to do business with, products are as described and function perfectly so far! If you're questioning a used but refurbished electronic, i highly recommend this company!! Also their prices are outstanding!! Big help for me starting up my home office for my job!!

Computer sucked. But was impressed with customer service
I unfortunately never got a chance to take a picture of my setup because it was taken down just as quickly as it had went up. I literally opened up this computer as soon as it was delivered. I had low expectations just because I know how refurbished computers can go. Everything was there. I had a viewsonic brand monitor, definitely looked a bit worn, but was a large screen which I was excited for. The usb keyboard and mouse were a random off brand, but both brand new. Now as for the dell optiplex....I’m not sure which one I was supposed to receive but I definitely got an older model. A 960 I think it was? Anyways, after setting everything up. I couldn’t get the monitor to come on. Tried every button, tried unplugging, and plugging back in. Tried having customer support walk me through step by step on how to resolve it, or to see if by chance I had done something wrong. Couldn’t get the monitor screen to come on, although there was a blue indicator light that would turn on and off when I pressed the button. Then this weird woman robot voice was talking to me about an on screen keyboard to type. Too bad I never could see what she was talking about lmao. Anyways, I shipped that sucker right back to amazon. I was not impressed with the computer and it not wanting to work. As I really needed it by a certain time because I was starting a new job. HOWEVER, I’m going to give Amazon customer support a standing ovation because they’re the real MVP’s. They were so fast At resolving the issue, and explaining to me what to do for the return process, and I’ve already been issued a full refund. So kudos to them. But word of advice, if you need a reliable computer for work, and in a timely fashion, maybe playing around with an amazon refurb, is not the smartest, most reliable choice.
