Completely insufficient as a cooler
Their website claims this heatsink can handle 145W. I've tried it on my 3400G CPU which is 65W, less than half. It throttles almost immediately underload, hitting 95 C within moments. This heatsink is worthless.

Great cooler
It’s a copper heat sink. It cools. You need proper airflow! This heat sink is meant for servers with high airflow of course.
