These Ecoplay 2400 units are very good. So much packed into one box, so many useful facilities. In this fast-evolving market, the Ecoplay 2400 still has its place.MY PROBLEMAfter testing, the unit was stored for 5 months.When put into use after the 5 months, battery levels were fine, it functioned correctly - for a while.(It then refused to switch on - and when connected to mains, the display showed nonsense and no outputs worked)Onto Ecoplay Customer Service via Amazon.They showed good communication and understanding.Arranged collection of the faulty unit and subsequent replacement with new unit.My thanks to them.

Used properly for the first time this past 9 days whilst away camping, charged my mobile phone up 9 times.. metal detector & headphones twice.. portable lights twice.. head torch and charged electric toothbrush.. power pack only went down to 58%, so all in all very good! BUT beware of the charging cable supplied to connect the solar panels to the unit itself, the leads I was supplied were reverse polarity and had to correct this myself.. the company did offer to pay for a new lead, but I didn't have time to order so just made a new lead myself.

I bought this to be remote in my motorhome working. I can run my Starlink and laptop and charge my phones for easily 2 working days. then charging it back up is extremely quick. You can use a 12v socket or just plug it in.It's quiet, and far better than any petrol generator I have used.It has a great screen that tells you how much you have left and watts being used.I am looking forward to getting a solar panel, which will help with the ongoing use of this during the day.

Very impressed with the performance of this. I use it in my caravan when not on an EHU.The plastic case seems very vulnerbale to cracking and marks. Do they do a padded carry case for this?

Had this for 6 months with moderate to light usage.No issues at all, all working as intended. Seen it running at 2500w for a few minutes and it didn't trip.Let's see if it stands the test of time however so far, I am very impressed. 10/10

When this power station arrived (Did not work) faulty unit.got in touch with Amazon was told if I wanted to send it back I need to contact the seller.The seller wouldn't take responsibility for this unit and had such a time to send the power station back to them.Eventually after 4 Days I sent the item back to them. And was told that a new one would be sent out to me .In which never happened.A week later after contacting them everyday.I'd recommend the power station back the same one as had been repaired.Works fine nowThe reason I choose this model I have a similar model but with a different brand name. The battery life is excellent not too heavy when you go camping and everything you ever need when charging all your gear up overall excellent.

Great product used on a catering van to power fridges works well and last well too

I wrote so many time but because it was negative they refused to publish it, so I’m saying again my portable power station did not function properly, after so many email forward and backwards for 4 weeks they decided to give me £50 back so I refused and said I’ll put it in the bin which I did
