Doctor recommended these absorb better than pills
Magnesium glycinate, followed by a vitamin Dc soft gel was recommended by my doctor and my nutritionist to assist my body in storing some magnesium. No more weekly infusions as these seems to be doing the trick. Thank goodness!

Mixed feelings
I have bought this product 7 times this year. It seemed to be working well. Then I got diarrhea for a month.I eliminated stuff in my diet and even switched probiotics too to see if it would help. Then I went to the doctor and we both figured out that it might be the magnesium. Sure enough, the night I didn't take it my morning was diarrhea free.I'm sure this quslity of this product is good, but it didn't work for me. My body could only tolerate it for a period of time. I will not be using it again.
