It was my understanding that these are for removing the toxins in your body. If you follow the directions they are pretty easy to use, and adhere very well to your skin. When they no longer turn black that’s telling you that they’ve gotten everything out that they can at that time. That’s my take on it. Removing toxins helps with inflammation and pain. And that’s what’s worked for me. I think they’re great!If this helps… I pick my foot up and put it on the opposite knee. I take the adhesive and lay them flat in front of me and Place the poorest side of the enclosed patch upwards in the middle of the adhesive. I leave the skinny strip on for handling. I then smack it right in the middle of my foot across the width of my foot, take off the strip and press it all down all the way around. Actually it’s hard to get off! Then I switch feet . and if you put the non-porous side against your skin nothing will happen. I didn’t even know there were two different sides in the beginning. So look. I hope that helps !

The patches and the sticky plaster comes separately so you have to stick it together yourself. This is not what I was expecting, so I am giving it three stars. I would not re-order.

If there were negative stars I would have given a negative mark!! There are no instructions, you get the package with two products. A "pod" type bag & some sticky tape. The amount of tape you get doesn't match the pod bags. So, on my own, I had to figure out how to use these. I messed up a pod bag the first try. Waited all night only to remove in the morning & see nothing on these pod bags. They both were completely white, the same color as when you start. I believe this is a gimmick!!! Don't waste your money & time on these!!!

We are in day 5 of the cleansing pads and I can see some results. I dropped 4 pounds in weight and see a different in my toe nails.

I've used this type of patch before and they seemed to change colors. I can't say I felt a great difference using them and I don't know if the change in color on the patches are due to the contents within being exposed to air or if it is actually due to a holistic effect.These patches are much the same. I wanted to try these patches as I've been having lots of health issues, no apparent immunity to any extra illnesses, and have been on 8 medications daily for years due to accident injuries. I hoped the patches might help me detox with the meds and illnesses. However, each time I've used them, though they are simple to put on, at least one of the patches doesn't stay on well and sticks to my sheets while trying to sleep, which takes away from their effectiveness as they don't stay on securely or at all. They are quite comfortable to start out, they have a pleasant and not-too-strong aroma, and you don't seem to need to wash afterwards or use alcohol to remove leftover adhesive once you remove them from your skin. Thus far, I would say that they have questionable quality and effectiveness.
