This is a hybrid supplement that combines both Amla and turmeric. The main drawback of this is the amount of each ingredient is reduced, so you have to take more capsules to get a sufficient dosage. In this case, you'll need to take 2 capsules twice daily, so this bottle of 120 is good for a month only. They added some black pepper extracts to boost absorption also. The good thing is the Amla is standardized so it's high quality to help with blood sugar control.

I've been using Amla & Beyond supplements and wanted to share my thoughts. Dr. Amit Gumman, who is pretty well-known in the field of Ayurveda, seems to have put a lot of effort into ensuring these capsules are of the highest quality, teaming up with other experts and using ingredients that are organically grown and ethically sourced.One thing I like is that they are vegetarian and free from a lot of common allergens and additives like soy, dairy, nuts, and gluten. They don't have any artificial stuff either, which is great if you're trying to avoid unnecessary chemicals in your supplements.The capsules themselves are a bit larger than what I'm used to, but this means they don't need fillers or preservatives, which I think is a good trade-off. Plus, the bottle comes with 120 capsules, so it feels like you're getting a lot for your money. I think $24 is a fair price for what they contain.I also like that these are made in the USA in a facility that's GMP-certified and FDA-registered.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and feel good about taking these capsules as part of my daily routine and I hope they do what they say. I need to give it more time. If they don't do what they say after a couple of months, I'll discontinue taking them. For now, I'll give them 4 stars. Of course, it's recommended that you speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.

These were easy to swallow. Had no after tastes and were fresh when I received them.

I was previously taking another reputable organic brand which had larger serving size with 350 mg organic amla powder (stem)(2% Tannins, 7 mg) AND 250 mg Organic amla extract (fruit)(Phyllanthus emblica)(45% Tannins, 112.5 mg). Though this serving size is a bit lower, I believe the Proprietary extract helps with effectiveness. Product is clean... just ingredients and vegan capsule. I feel the products from Harmony are thoughtfully and consciously produced. The brands dedication to healing apparent by the quality they produce. Highly recommend

Those are some really cool words, and I think this is a very interesting supplement. I like that it is made in the USA and that the blend is synergistic, really well thought out, and yet not too convoluted. The star here is amla fruit (Indian gooseberry) extract, which is loaded with vitamin C and other nutrients. If nothing else, this plant-based supplement is adding nutrients to my diet. As far as synergistic benefits, I can't say at this point. I hope it's helping my overall health. The other ingredients are well-known spices turmeric and ginger, plus two types of pepper.They give you 120 capsules in the bottle and a fair amount of leeway for the suggested use: 1-2 capsules once or twice a day. Based on that, it's anywhere from a 1- to 4-month supply at a reasonable upfront cost. I really like the Harmony packaging and labelling, and I think the product inspires confidence.
