Terrific well thought out workbook for tracking low fod map diet and symptoms
I have ordered 3 of these journals, because the design is so well thought out -- a separate area to enter foods that are being reintroduced into the diet. Daily two page area to track everything you eat -- and symptoms, sleep and mood, water intake, and also medications or supplements . I use the free are to enter my workouts and comments, concerns... If you struggle with food allergies-- or if you have gone on an elimination diet, or you must track what you eat and symptoms --this is the perfect journal. I used to track in a plain notebook, but this journal is so well thought out -- I much prefer using this to track foods and reactions. Thanks for creating this workbook!

Covers almost everything!
I bought this to track food for FODMAP elimination diet / weight loss / gut symptoms. It has most of what I wanted. I don't list medications, so there I enter calories, protein and fiber. Works for me.

I really like the format of this - the sections included and the room it allows for writing. Very helpful!
