Bought this pager system for my restaurant, but it did not meet my expectations. I have returned the product. it comes with a very simple instruction manual, which took a little more time for me to figure out.The device worked perfectly the first few times when we were not busy, and only used 3-5 buzzers. however, we had a problem with it after using it for about a week. When I informed my guests to pick up their food, some buzzers started to not respond to the caller.

Very simple to set up and use, I don’t need to read the instructions even. I tried it in my store and buzzers are working well. Also, It has pretty long working distance I tried it in the longest distance in our food court, it handled well. When using it to calling customer, It vibrates and sounds. Very helpful item for business I think.

So far so good. It does exactly what we need it to.

Love how easy they are to use over time though the volume isn’t as high and the base itself we had to tape the cable, but they do make food truck service more efficient we even ordered a second set

This paging system meets all the requirements of our restaurant to avoid guests gathering during social hours. Neat and orderly arrangement, customers will be immediately notified by us. The buzzer charges fast and lasts a long time, and we don't need to think about battery life for all-day use. It is a reliable helper for us and I am very pleased with its performance.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Once the system is out of sync with pagers there is literally no way to reset it. Reached out to customer service over THREE different platforms and they have told me they have to reset it, they won’t tell me how to and have ignored all messages. Terrible over seas customer service. Don’t waste your money on this scam company.
