All natural complete mineral complex food supplement. 96 Days supply ~ Electrolyte drops ~ 72 Trace minerals.I have a few health problems and needing extra minerals and vitamins as I'm no good at taking pills or the correct foods.This I thought was a good thing to try.The taste… omg the taste…They do warn you it's highly concentrated with a strong natural taste…Wow…. Even adding the drops to a glass of squash, I now really want to give it a try to see if I do feel or see any benefits. But with this I'm using it as a shot, bolting it and then having a big drink straight after.So far I've not seen or felt any different, I will continue but if I do get to the end of the bottle I don't think I would ever purposely go out of my way to buy it.
