Great for kimchi

You need this!
One bag lasts around 6-7 months with regular use. I use this in EVERYTHING! It adds such a since smoky flavor to any dish. Chicken, beef, veggies, you name it! It’s so yummy and any time I forget to add it to something, I always miss it. Definitely a need in the kitchen

I keep mine in the freezer cos I don't use it that often but it has authentic taste and pairs well with cucumber and raw veggies.

This type of chilies is what my Kimchi recipe called for. It is not real hot, which is perfect for me. Full of flavor. Recommend for you Kimchi makers.
