I believe this was definitely worth the value of the two pack deal. I feel better since i have been taking them so i would call that a win win and will continue to take them unless issues should occur. For me it would have to be a 10 out 10 and definitely a good value for your money!

This product works great to maintain muscle and strength. They seem to have changed the formula for some reason. The amount of vitamin D was reduced from 2000 units to 375 units per serving. That may be convenient for some, inconvenient for others, I prefer not having to get my D from another source. Overall still a great product.

Too early to say if they are effective or not but the are big capsules that can be hard to get down.
