I went into this completely blind I don’t know much about computers. I wanted to get a computer at an affordable price but also didn’t want to cheap it out. I saw the mixed reviews and decided I will take the risk.I just got it yesterday and so far no issues. It turned on perfectly fine and is running pretty well. I’ve been able to play Fortnite apex and Overwatch 2. I also tested it with vr headset and also runs pretty smoothly. It’s not the top notch end of the line but it’s a great starter. WiFi runs good with the antenna plugged in. Pretty quiet as well. I havnt figured out how to change the rgb on the fans but they arnt a bother. Overall great computer I will edit this post if anything changes.

I bought this PC a little under a year and a half ago, and honestly I love it. It’s able to handle all the games I play, and it hasn’t had any major issues since I bought it. The only issue I had was that my product key was showing as incorrect, I was able to email ViprTech support and one of their customer service representatives named Colin dealt with the issue in a prompt professional manner.I would 100% recommend this pc for anyone who wants a solid mid range pc at a great price!

Everytime I tried to turn on my pc it would automatically reboot in a loop.UPDATEso I went to Best Buy to get it fixed and I did which cost me around 170 dollars. I will say this pc runs very well but the fact that I spent over 1k on this pc just for it to trouble shoot on me when I first got it was very disappointing considering that you guys said that you run every gaming pc before sending it out to the buyer. If I was to rate this experience I’d give it a 5/10 but the pc overall is very great! If the trouble shooting situation didn’t happen I wouldn’t gave it a 10/10.Update AGAIN…So it’s around the beginning of may and my pc does the same thing. Thank god I didn’t have to pay another 170 dollars for it to get fixed again. But then the wifi plug in that was given to me stops working. By all the if you don’t want your first pc experience to be like this FIND ANOTHER WORKING PC AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

This PC is good for beginners or those wanting to break into the PC Gaming space as a casual gamer and not have to sell a kidney. But had I known what I know now I probably wouldn't have bought this pc. I should have done more research. Not intended for hardcore gamers. Very lacking in the hardware department. I've already spent an additional $600-$700 upgrading the mother & CPU. And about to spend another $1000+ to upgrade the GPU. Would have been better off just building my own CPU from scratch. By the time I'm done upgrading the only original thing left will be the ATX case 😂🤦🏾‍♂️ I chuck it up as a learning experience. Upgrading some. Components showed me it's not as hard to just build your own and it'll probably be cheaper than buying one like this. You won't be running most games on high or ultra with this. But like I said, its OK for a beginner gaming rig.

The computer has performed like well a computer should. Recently from a Windows Update the device was showing an error. We contacted support and it was awesome! Fast, accurate, and resolved the issue in no time at all! What is important about owning electronics is the support behind it and this product has A 1 support!

Since I've had this PC, I've seen VIPRTECH receive a lot of flak from other customers, but I couldn't be happier. Though it does have a cheaper brand SSD and RAM, they're not bottom of the barrel by any means, boot up times have stayed consistently under 5 seconds from power on to logged in, and have run without a glitch through some seriously tough stuff. I have NOT been taking it easy on this PC, from a full virtual machine running cyber security programs at different capacities, to hardcore online games like Bodycam and Hell Let Loose, the Ghost 3.0 has kept up. Much quieter than expected even when the VIPRTECH fans need to get up at 2200+rpms, next to no set up troubles (had one fans RGB not in sync after I half hit the button, SUPER SIMPLE FIX), never any issues with heat (the liquid cooler is phenomenal), 1TB Mushkin SSD hasn't let me down once, and the Asus Prime mb has a track record for tackling both professional and recreation PC use with ease! Regardless of what others have experienced, I can only speak for my machine and say VIPRTECH has my patronage, I think I prefer the Ghost over my personally built "monster."
