I have one of those smaller red inhalers. It took a little finagling to get it to fit, but once it did, it was fine forever. I like the color and that I can attach it to my keys. I often switch bag between the purse I bring to work and the backpack I bring to school, so I would often forget to switch it between them. It works really well it helps prevent me from washing my inhaler in the laundry because I forget it in my pocket. It’s nice to have it on my keychain. My only complaint Is because of my work environment and it gets really busy because I work in a kitchen and take out The snap use the whole day inhaler in pop off every once in a while and inhaler hits the ground Which is kind of gross in the kitchen. But that’s my only complaint is the snap isn’t strong enough
