Trans guy here! I ordered this compression vest after ftm top surgery (double mastectomy) and wanted to provide my thoughts for other trans patients who are looking for a low-cost/affordable option on Amazon. After top surgery, you’re typically required to compress for 3-6 weeks and this vest was a great option for comfort and functionality. It fits really well and the sizing was fairly accurate. My chest was measured at 41’ inches and I ordered that size (for reference, I weigh about 230 pounds and stand at 5’4 inches).Regarding the zipper quality, I will admit that you can see (slightly) the zipper through some shirts. It doesn’t bother me, but it is something worth noting.

but too small for me

Holds my moobs in well. I wear to the gym and when we go out and about at times. Easy to put on and off which is a plus and seems to be quite comfortable. I'd buy another when it comes time.

Almost perfect, but the zipper protrudes just enough to show through the clothing so it just looks a bit awkward. I otherwise love it, it does it's job and it's also super thin compared to others which is great. They just need to improve on the zipper part and this will be best perfect!

My husband called it a bra when I first told him I was ordering for him. And declared he wasn't wearing it. That was until it arrived and he tried it on. It does work very well toning down those nipples that poke out and is true to size he was satisfied with his man bra.

It is easy to wear and looks good. But when I sit down, the bottom keeps rolling up.

Sometimes you just want to limit the appearance of body parts. First impressions at key meetings are still important.👍🏽

It runs very small a large normally fits me but not even close might fit a 10 year old..
