Aapri Exfoliating Facial Scrub, 150 ml

I stumbled across this scrub after staying at a friends house and using it. I'd been looking for a facial scrub which had really meaty beads like the kind you used to be able to get in the 1980s (boots natural/body shop etc), but alas had no luck finding such; all I could find was scrubs with pathetic little beads. Even the men's range of cosmetic did not have the good old mighty bead. I have now found this little beauty called Aapri; it really gets the dead cells out and is not abrasive or harsh on the skin. To top it all, it is very reasonably priced and contains quality ingredients. Like all good products, this will probably disappear one day.With regards my purchase experience on Amazon, the product arrived well packaged, in good time, and at a really reasonable price for what the product is. Highly recommended.

The is possibly the most effective scrub on the market. I used it many years ago and later was drawn by the more fancier brands. However, the quality Aapri provide is perfect without the ludicrous price tag.The scrub is loaded with granules and you only required a 1p size- to remove any grease and grime our faces build up.The tube lasts for a fairly long period. Twice a week usage would get you 8-9 months supply.The fancy brands such as Clarins and Lancome charge steep levels for the brand and do not give a refined finish.Multi-use on elbows and knees.A glowing, smooth finish after every use. This is my ultimate reason for returning to this brand. It has been worthwhile for me!

For several years I've been buying face scrubs from better-known brands and found that their exfoliating powers aren't very good. I have a mixture of dry and oily skin on my face, like lots of people, and the mainstream brands seemed to help with the oily bits but didn't properly exfoliate the skin in the dry areas. This one is excellent if you want a scrub that will actually get rid of the top layer of dead skin--it feels a little like rubbing sand on your face (nice-smelling sand!) and the effect afterwards is amazing - a beautifully soft face.I've also started using it on my elbows and knees as I've realised it's better than the body exfoliator I have too!

FANTASTIC! So great to have a face scrub that has some oomf about it. You can definitely scrub too hard if you're not careful but this scrub really does exfoliate and is worth the money and then some. Highly recommended.

I've always loved Aapri facial scrub, and was disappointed to longer find it in the UK shops. I have oily skin and this really works if I use it once or twice a week. It leaves my skin clear, fresh and invigorated. The formula seems to have changed though, and I preferred the original formula, though will still use it! This last point is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5!

Cracking stuff, it really goes to work so I only use it twice per week. Does take some washing off but nothing wrong with that.

After searching many local shops I was pleased to find this product was still available on Amazon.I think its still the best face scrub that I have tried and I have tried many. Not to mention cheaper than most of the others on sale in the high street chemists.Its fine grit means it ex-foliates much more effectively, so using less of it and not recommended to use daily, two or three times a week does just fine.

This is not the original 1980s Aapri product. It is very creamy, contains noticeably fewer granules and does not have the same fragrance. Disappointing.
