Best purchase! My partner came back from a deployment over seas and had so much build up in his phone port he could only charge it wireless and I got this it too a little time but I for it all in great condition! It can charge by a wire now and he can use it for linking to the car now! The cleaning solution that comes with it is great and it's easy to bring on the go!

Great tool. I was having trouble seating my charge cable and didn’t realize the port was packed with dirt. I used the tool to scrape out the debris and brush the connectors. Now the cable fits like new and charges perfectly.

Some instructions and parts are unclear in terms of usage, but otherwise it's a functional tool for cleaning out ports as needed.

Wife bought this for me as a stocking stuffier. This lives in my EDC bag and has come in handy on multiple occasions. It is cheap but functional.On multiple occasions I have been able to assist others that could not get devices or cords to work properly. The amount of pocket gunk that builds up in phones cables and other devices people use is astounding. it you combine this with 90% rubbing alcohol it is even more effective.

The product works but after using the metal brush to clean the charger port, I'm not able to clean the brush to re-use in another device.

Works great ,charging port wasn't working for over a year cleaned and it works.

ive seen the more expensive ones, like,the ones that are a few more dollars more than this one,that come with JUST enough extra things that this thing already has. get that one,because this thing kinda sucks. was hoping it would help fix my busted dirty android phone port. DID NOT WORK AT ALL. doesnt clean android ports at all and it advertised it as such so idk wtf they r trying to sell here. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE ANDROID PHONE. other than that it works ok as just a Tech cleaning tool. can clean anything like headphones or youre keyboard with it. thats what im using it for now. lol. take care folks. thanks if you read all this. have a nice day.

Very good product. I needed 3 cleanings to solve the problem at 100%. I have a Samsung Flip6 bought a little over 6 months ago. It is often in my pockets, so dirt can get into the connector and with the heat of the phone helps this dirt to take hold. So little by little, the connection with the charging cable worked less and less, to the point where the charge only worked 5% of the time. I had to buy a wireless charger. After a first cleaning, it still did not work. After a second cleaning, improvement of 20%. After a 3rd cleaning, the problem was completely solved. Now I plug and unplug the cable 10 times in a row and it works 100% of the time. I put more detergent on the 3rd cleaning (detergent included in the kit). After each insertion of the tool, look at it carefully to see if there is any debris, if there is debris, wipe the penetrating tool again. Conclusion, you may need to clean several times and put enough detergent so that the dirt comes off. Good luck.
