No warranty support
The media could not be loaded. Product sold with two years warranty. No warranty support and the battery went off after two minutes of operation. No option to claim warranty. The company website requires invoice to be uploaded. Surprisingly invoice disappeared from Amazon app. Don't buy any product from this seller Frootle India Pvt Ltd

Damaged product supplied
The media could not be loaded. Poor quality product and contacted Amazon but redirected me manufacturer, they are not providing any service to me. So not getting support from amazon and manifactuer I am totally traped

Always showing front bumper stuck. Not working

Disappointed with the product
I wont recommend to buy this product if the manufacturing date is old. Lets say 10 to 12 months old. There are chances that the battery will soon die for such device. I purchased one and battery error while device charging within 10 min.Choose wisely, spares like batteries are not available for this product.

Work fine until u get an error
After 6 months i have got an battery error - after keep on trying to contact service center after 1 month they reached out - After another one month they have sent battery for replacement - even that didn't solved the issue - later they arranged a pickup - after 2 months from pick up - after keep on asking the service center to send the product back - I got my product back with new replacement - after another 6 months of usage - i got another error and not working - The service center is taking too long to solve a issue atleast more than 2 months.

Battery is not available
Used only for few months, later alarming battery error s1, but same battery is not available and service centre also not available.

Work support and service
The media could not be loaded. Never buy this product. Had terrible experience with customer support. Product stopped working just in 6months of purchase and even though it was in the warranty period on one year they didn't replace the product or service it. No service center available. Waste of money
