Excellent option for Macbook users
I recently bought a new Macbook Pro and started experiencing problems with a Plantronics headset. I firstly bought a Logitech set, but the sound quality was terrible. Next attempt was the Jabra set. I'd never heard of this make before, but read a positive article by a Mac user and gave it a go. Delighted with the result. Excellent sound quality for Skype calls, which is what I primarily use it for. Mic quality is good and they're unobtrusive, so they look professional, which was important to me. I was a bit dubious about leatherette as a material (What the hell is that?), but these are very comfortable and are unlikely to wear away, which happened to the Plantronics set I had before. Great value for money.

Best headset going
Was given a set to try first and found they are excellent, bought these and the sound quality is amazing, they are so comfortable to wear too and easy to adjust. Would recommend, although more expensive than some headsets it's worth the money.

My second set
I bought this exact same pair a few years ago when I lived in the USA. They have not really been updated since then, which I am happy about because for the price this is a great headset to have on your desk in the office.

Avoid them if you have respect towards your ears!!
AWFUL PRODUCT.I got them at work as a part of VOIP.Those so called earphones are terrible. No comfort whatsoever, they feel like a band of very cheap plastic on your head. They dont isolate you whatsoever, noise cancelling if it is there it is completly useless, there are such a gaps between your ear and earphone that even the worlds best noise cancelling will not help.Music sounds distorted, there is no bass (no wonder with no isolation) sounds are weak and not sounding natural.THOSE EARPHONES ARE BY FAR THE WORST BRANDED EARPHONES I EVER USED.AVOID THEM LIKE STD :).

Having used a number of headsets over the years, I am pleased with the comfort and performance of the Jabra headset. I use it for a lot of skype calling and it does the job well.

Jabra UC Voice 550 MS Duo - very pleased
I bought these to replace my MS Lync / Skype / OC headset that recently broke and am very pleased with them. The sound quality for voice is excellent. They fit very comfortably, I've only worn them for an hour and a half at a time maximum, but so far-so good. The sides adjust up and down and the mic swivels up / over so they can be easily stored and worn either way around. They have volume control, mute and hang-up buttons and come with a carrying bag.I wouldn't say they scream quality, but they are £30 and do the job I need them to (conference calls) perfectly.

Flimsy adjustment mechanism snapped, cable kinks and knots, but lightweight and no issue with sound
Pros: I had no issues with the sound quality, either for microphone or headphone. They were light on my head and didn't press painfully against my ears - helpful if you are you are wearing glasses - and in this respect were much nicer than my previous Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 Headset headphones..Cons: The wire gets terribly tangled, with a tendency to coil and kink, to the extent that the plastic around the wires developed permanent indentations and it was necessary to unknot before use. This was not a problem at all with the Microsoft LifeChat, perhaps due to the thicker wire. More problematically, the adjustment mechanism is very flimsy and the headphones snapped irreparably after a year of use.

Light and good quality
As expected good quality and light for business meetings over GTM, SFB and Zoom.
