My shoulder has popped out of joint over 30 times (im hypermobile and it always pops back in within 6 long seconds) now that im older, it takes longer for the after effects of being loose to heal. I should have made this purchase long ago. It really helps to stay in place and its adjustable. I recommend wearing a shirt as it can chafe under the arm but I love it

It works well yet gives you mobility. I got injured with pickleball and I'm still able to play. Keeps everything in place. It's not a miracle product,but it has helped me through the season. DO wear it with a sleeved shirt. You might need someone to help you adjust for the first use, but you can adjust it and take off or our in by yourself. No odor from material. I air dry it after working out. I do recommend this product!

Works great! Exactly what I needed for my rotator cuff issues. Holds the right pressure when adjusted correctly. Not too bulky at all. Makes my shoulder usable for a very low price.

Not a great fit for women, the strap cuts across the breast and is uncomfortable.

My whole arm and shoulder could move. It didn't help anything on me.

I broke my shoulder joint into 3 pieces and my humerus directly under the shoulder about 4 months ago and needed reconstructive surgery.I am more or less back to normal life now, but the I jurged arm has lost almost all muscle due to non-use and trauma. I am a server and go to the gym 5/7 days a week so I am constantly using the shoulder and it did not take much for it to become incredibly sore and stiff. The compression provides great relief and increases comforter when rest and doing daily tasks.I was hoping it would be a helpful tool while at the gym however it does limit range of motion pretty significantly, the way it straps makes it difficult to comfortably lift you arm in any given direction, but not impossible. You will lose the compression once the arm is lifted but it returns once the arm in brought back down which is still better than no compression at all. It has made bearing weight at torso level much easier as well which is great for work
