Brio CL520 Commercial Grade Hot and Cold Top Load Water Dispenser Cooler - Essential Series

This water machine was bought for church use & it works wonderful. Has cold as well as"hot" water for mothers with babies to use if needed. The hot lever has a safety feature on it to prevent children from getting burnt if playing with it!

We previously had a higher tech Nestle dispenser but it kept malfunctioning. Not good when clients need water after a tough workout. We switched to this simple, yet sturdy Brio commercial dispenser and I couldn’t be happier. The hot water comes out much hotter than the Nestle, too. Great bang for the buck!

Hot water is hot enough for Tea, French Press Coffee, Ramen Noodles.Cold water is cold.Seems sturdy and should work for a long time.It's louder than I thought it would be. Much louder than my fridge. It's always humming.Update: Lasted almost 2 years before it stopped cooling the water. I'm here on Amazon shopping for another one.

This bubbler is preforming flawlessly.we are a couple weeks in and doing fine.The complaint I have is there are/were no instructions on turning on that switch to get hot water.I have always thought the O meant on and the - meant off.. nope it's opposite.and no where could I find anything written that that switch needed to be turned on.Also had trouble getting the hot water to flow out the spout at first I had to add air pressure backwards in the spout go get the water flowing. now everything in great.

My older water cooler broke. This one is so much better way colder water. This is taller and water comes out faster so less time bending down. hopefully this last a long time. So far I'm happy that I spent a little more money on this then a cheaper one.

I bought this when my old water cooler finally died. It shipped quickly and was easy to unpack. All I had to do was plug it in. It takes up less space than my old one, and is a lot quieter. In fact, I can't hear it at all. The only downside is the hot water tap. As a safety feature you have to press in the front and back of the lever. That would be fine if there was room between the front of the cooler and the back tab for your fingers, which there really isn't. So it's a bit of an adventure to get hot water. But for the price, it's a good value.

I had a bad experience with the first cooler I received. I even wrote a very negative review about the problems I was having. I resolved my self to this being a bad purchase and was just about to replace it with another brand when I was contacted by the seller who is a direct dealer for the manufacturer. They told me that my problem had to be due to a defective unit and offered to either replace the cooler or give me a full refund. I went for the replacement and I couldn't be happier. The replacement was received within less than a week from my telephone conversation with the customer service representative. The new unit works great. I couldn't be happier with the way this unit works and especially with the customer service that took care of me.

Check the faucets to make sure they are tight. My hot water one wasn’t and that was why no hot water would come out. Seems to be a good product and what I wanted. One thing I’d wish for is to be able to see how much water was in the tank when the bottle was empty. Another HUGH suggestion would be for Amazon to put a link to replaceable caps (that work with this product) where they are easier to find. I searched page after page before I narrowed down my choice and I hope it will work with my existing bottles. It is far more quiet than my 2 previous coolers and that’s a plus. The only times I’ve heard the water “guggle” is when I’m filling something. My others would bubble-up for no discernible reason and that noise would force my head to swivel around to acknowledge no ghosts were helping themselves to free water! It is expected to hear noise when the unit is heating the water. I find that noise comforting as my old previous cooler just up and quit on me after years of service and my clue was the lack of both hot water and the sounds the heating was in progress.
