Charming with cleverly arranged music
I am delighted with this and all my friends feel the same. The arrangements for the carols are clever, with contrapuntal effects not usually associated with music boxes. Utterly charming.Could someone please tell the reviewer and the people who found his review 'helpful', where he complains about the inclusion of 'Keep the Red Flag Flying', that it is, in fact, 'O Tannenbaum'. Jim Connell wrote The Red Flag in 1889 and it was put to the tune of 'Lauriger Horatius', better known as the German Christmas Carol. Connell had wanted it sung to the tune of a Robert Burns anthem 'The White Cockade' - and it was recorded to that anthem by Billy Bragg in 1990.This is a lovely (non-political) musical ornament 😊

Stunning bit pricey
My mum loves trains. This is perfect. It's what shes always wanted. It's not to bright so it dosent effect her epilepsy. The volume can be lowered or turned off. The movement is amazing. Altogether a stunning piece

Sadly
This Christmas is the second year of having the Thomas Christmas decoration, sadly the music has stopped working, it sounds like a radio channel when out of sink. Not impressed as it cost me the best part of £200

Beautiful
Saw this advertised several times and finally gave in to temptation. So glad we did. It is stunning and everyone that sees it agrees. Very well made, as you'd expect from Thomas Kinkade. Looks beautiful lit up on our mantle. Only thing to make it even better is if the train was lit up but as it moves around I guess that would've been more complicated (and expensive) Very happy with our purchase.

Looks great but music quality is not the best
I love the look of the Wonderland Express but agree with others that the sound quality of the Christmas music that can be switched on, is not good which is a shame considering that this is not a cheap Christmas item. I have no complaints about the packaging and prompt delivery as both were spot on.

Outstanding customer service
The product is great and we loved it when we bought it in 2022. Unfortunately when we took it out of its box in 2023 for Christmas the lights had stopped working. I asked Bradford if they had suggestions since it was out of warranty. To my surprise they sent me a brand new replacement! This is outstanding service and I warmly recommend the Bradford Exchange for their customer service. Bravo!!

The Christmas tree is beautiful but very delicate so not worth the money
The Christmas tree is beautiful and has moving train, light and music. It's overpriced and the revolving Santa is very delicate and it snapped in no time. I enjoyed it for the Christmas two weeks and when I went to dismantle it to keep it for next year. The revolving Santa attachment snapped so it went straight back to Amazon returns. The seller also gave me lots of trouble to refund my money. The seller received the package as per Amazon package but won't refund my money wants proof of posting which is not provided by Evri at all. So be careful with your dealings with this seller.

Look at the detail
I've always wanted something like this so I thought I would treat myself. It was well packed so be careful when undoing. It worked well and I was very pleased. It's one of those items that every time you look at it you spot something new. The inside lights could have been a bit brighter. The ones at the top of the tree , where Santa and his sleigh rotate were very bright. All in all I was very happy, I know it's a bit of an expense but when you look at the cheaper ones there isn't much detail. My only disappointment was because of Covid restrictions, the grand-children couldn't see it working at Christmas.
