This works if used correctly
This alleviates my plantar fasciitis morning pain really well. I have used it for 30 days and the pain went from excruciating to no pain. In the first few days of using it, I strapped and buckled it on tightly, like a cast. This caused additional pain and soreness on my ankle and calf which wasn’t there before. I tried again and kept it looser the next night. I kept adjusting the buckles at the specific points where I experienced discomfort, until I no longer experienced any more discomfort after taking it off in the morning. Its only purpose is to keep my foot in an upright position, so I am now able to wriggle and move my foot around while still maintaining the required upright position. Hope this helps someone else.

Circulation killer
If I wear this to bed, I will wake at some point but my foot will be asleep.

not at all comfortable for sleeping.
I feel some improvement in my heel, but you need to use it regularly. I found it impossible to wear it in bed. I can't keep it on for more than an hour or so. I use it in conjunction with exercises and overall it seems to help.

Uncomfortable. Waste of time.
Better off spending your money on a more comfortable type of foot splint. The splint itself is ok, but the buckles on the side clip together right on top of the ankle, making it very uncomfortable. Poor design as the buckle should be placed in a different location, or padding should cover it.

Size and comfort
It looks the part and i think it is well made.I've yet to try while i sleep but it definitely will stop my foot from dropping which is my aim. I can walk with it on, probably best avoid stairs. I have left foot problem posterior tib which has in turn caused suspected Achilles strain. I think this are probably designed for left or right foot because it looks symmetrical. I suspect the L on the back means large - size 9 and up. Perfect for size 9.

Relatively comfortable,easy to put on
For me personally, more comfortable than a sock type that pulls heavily on the big toe,get the adjustment right and I can sleep ok,any mild discomfort is worth it,I have been struggling with very painful pf for almost 2 years and am fed up so will persevere and give this splint a good try
