KONGWubba Friends Ballistic - Nylon Tug of War Dog Toy (Assorted Characters) - For Large Dogs

After trying many alleged tough toys, only for them to be destroyed in less than a day, I gave up and decided to try something more expensive. This monstrosity has lasted for weeks…… WEEKS!!! It is really well made, with a squeaker that sounds like the death throes of a stampede of possessed lemmings. If you enjoy watching telly, reading or having intact ear drums then it may be time to give them up. Our dog LOVES this toy and IT JUST WILL NOT DIE!!! Worth every penny for your dogs enjoyment, purchase with ear plugs for your own sanity.

My dog loves this toy and does not destroy it as he does with other brands dog toys

this was the second one purchased in under a month . my puppy dobermann dystroying both in under a month . however this is not a complaint but a plea to the makers . kong one when she took it to pieces contained two balls large and small bot traditional tennis balls with felt outer these had to be taken away as these were quickly plucked .now kong two again two balls the small one again tennis ball . this is where the plea comes in the larger ball this time was made of some kind of plastic . she bloody loves it ,in the four days she played with it constantly and in that time there is not even a single tooth mark . whatever it is made of please market it as it is the best and most durable toy we have found . and she has trashed a few including balistic nylon . do i get a cut of future sales ha ha . seriously this is a winner . well six weeks on and this is by and far millas favourite toy , and at least has stopped her from coverting my very expensive crocs .still no damage apart from a few scrapes , what are they made from . dont forget if you find one of these in the kong jamboree bag take out the squeekers unless you enjoy musical farts . stay tuned for further updates . a further update ....... kong three lasted one day , but at least i have a spare magic ball . yay .

In the two days I've has this toy its been passed between my Rottweiler, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Border Terrier Cross. All have loved pulling and ragging this toy about and despite being a Large size it seemed great for all of the dogs.It seems to be made of a highly durable material, after some serious ragging and pulling I inspected it and other than the wet slobbery look on one end it looks brand new!I really like the tails on this toy, I can grab a hold of them and play tug of war with my dog, or another dag can do the same!The only disappointing thing is that the squeaker popped out of the hole and into the interior of the ball on day two. This has happened before with squeaky balls, both KONG and other brands so I wasn't surprised. This hasn't stopped the dogs loving this toy, though they seem a little disappointed that it doesn't make a noise anymore.Ideally these toys would have a Sqeezz Kong ball inside rather than a normal squeaky ball so that no teeth will be able to pop the squeaker out. Or the normal squeaky ball should have the squeaker hole located at the top or bottom of the toy, hidden by the tails or top ball.EDIT:I went through the Amazon return policy and labelled the toy defective as it stopped squeaking so fast. They shipped me a new one immediately and I sent back the faulty one with no fuss. Great service from Amazon!EDIT2: the replacement you is still going strong 5 months later! Still my dogs proffered you and I think this is the best out of the Wubba range. Going to try the XL size next just to see if there's much difference. But the L for my 42kg Rotti is perfect.

Perfect for a bigger dog, as it is quite large. It has lasted well so far, even though it is a chew toy.

Bought this for my 7 month old Doberman. I spent time and read the reviews and decided to buy this along indestructible toy as she has destroyed everything else. For being indestructible, she had it destroyed within the first day! Absolute rubbish. Complete waste of money. Avoid this and spend a little more and purchases the benebone toy/chews

It says the cloth is made of a durable reinforced nylon exterior... ten minutes & my little pooch was through it. Oh such high hopes dashed by a 10 month pup.Sorry, i can't recommend this.I think Kong are now just trading on their past reputation for producing hard wearing pet toys.

this is the best wubba toy we have bought for our beagle he destroyed another kong wubba in 3 minutes but this one is built to last!

Over the 10+ years have been lucky enough to have a dog in my life have had many versions of these. Used to get one & it would last years. Now lasts weeks/month. Fabric is softer/less sturdy leading to ease destruction. The fabric collars that separate the two rubber balls inside & seals the 2 balls in the fabric shell tend to separate where stitched together - I have a fix for that which GREATLY increases the life of these that is simple, easy, inexpensive.Zip ties. I get whatever size is cheapest in a 20 pack. I zip tie the bottom fabric gasket & a 2nd to retain form/separate the 2 balls (smaller from larger). Any sharp edges on the zip ties can be softened or rounded to prevent injury by melting & molding sharp edges smooth in the hard plastic zip ties with a wand lighter (just practice safety). This saved one Kong that was 8 years old @ another that was days old from this seller (when both would’ve been trash-bound).These are then good for fetch, tug, shaking. For those dogs that tend to lie there & destroy (I.e. puppies/adolescent ~ 1 yr old “destructive stage”) - these will need supervision & removal to prevent shredding/eating the flappy material & help teach appropriate play.

Exactly as advertised, very durable. Lots of tough surface area for my two golden retrievers to grab on to and play tug of war. Highly recommend.

I owned a Kong weave that lasted for months and months, but it finally got too torn up to keep. I was excited to get this replacement as my dogs both loved the old one.I was surprised to find that what I was sent looked nothing like the products shown in the pictures, and was definitely not the same toy I had bought in the past.Unlike the Kong weave I got before, this one lasted a whole 3 hours, with the same dogs that played with the old one for months.Crap quality weave, incorrectly advertised. Sad
