I have used this to help rehab my knee after surgery. It's very useful, will slide on hard floor surfaces, so I keep it on the rug.

I needed something similar to the arm bicycle that I used in physical therapy and this seems like a good choice. I use in on top of my dining room table to exercise my arms. Despite the product description, it does not fit under the bed but it is light to carry. It is easy to put together. So far I am pleased with my purchase.
