Love the 2 options different focus. Easy to use, good quality.

Balls extend for wider or more narrow use
On ordering I didn’t realise that you can adjust the balls’ width (only two settings). Probably not a huge benefit, but a nice feature to have. Overall, a good peanut roller but probably not better than a cheaper alternative.

Placed on my back at centre and used to roll up and down wall in house also laying on floor centre of spin has definitely helped. Anything that can help even is a small way is good it’s not a miracle worker but I recommend it for the price .

better to buy the cheaper versions of the peanut
Nothing special and definitely not worth it; better to buy the cheaper versions of the peanut.Also i think mine was defective as the ball doesn't adjust properly
