Excellent substitute for sugar
Probably my only go to alternative for sugar. Good for keto. Taste is pretty much same as sugar. If you haven't used it before don't go straight into consuming large quantities as it can give you loose bowel movements (not as much as xylitol though). However once your body is used to it, this stops happening (or gradually increase how much you use to avoid this in the first instance).
