All About Me: The Story of Your Life: Guided Journal

Seriously, I buy one of these every 5 years to see how far I've come, and in my opinion these are a fantastic way to find out how your views and ideals have changed. I've bought all our family one over the years and they always go down well at Christmas with teens/young adults!

Loved this book! The questions are literally about everything! Was fun to fill out when I was a teenage and then look back on now and laugh! Considering purchasing another one as have never seen a book/keepsake like this before. Would like to do one now and my children can look back at it one day...

I love the questions in this book, they really get you thinking. It's lovely to write out your memories and get challenged by them. As I'm not that old I found it hard to write some parts. Although I think this book can be suitable for most ages.

I liked this, pretty much a diary about yourself with a bunch of questions etc to answer.

I just love this book. It is perfect for grownups, that likes these kind of questions. And I especially like the classic look.

I find quite a lot of these questions a bit pointless to be honest. I like the idea of using this as a method of self-reflection, however things like your parents' names etc will never change so it seems silly to include it.I do like the "this or that" questions and I think it'll be interesting to look back on in years to come.
