Works for PCOS. I notice the difference when using it and when I forgot to use it. It works. I love the liquid extract delivery, especially if you're tired of swallowing large pills. The taste is strong but you can rinse your mouth with your favorite beverage. Great quality.

I’ve been looking for a great myo-inositiol and d-chiro inositol to take nightly before bed. I’ve been diagnosed with ovarian cysts in the past and I experience severe ovulation pain every cycle - however, I didn’t experience it for the first time this cycle after taking this product for nearly a month!This shows me its a quality product. But I’m still concerned about the ethanol, stevia, and potassium sorbate. I wish it was free of these additives. That said, so many other capsule forms on here have other more toxic adjuvants such as titanium dioxide, so I suppose this is a better alternative than most!I’m happy with my results so far. I’m just about to start TTC a 2nd child and I feel like this may help. Studies show it increases fertility & improves egg quality. It’s also great for sleep, so be sure to take it before bed. I keep mine in my bathroom to take before brushing my teeth every night.I’m also taking a little more than the suggested dose. Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends taking 900 mg, which is about 18 drops of this product (pretty much a full squeeze of the dropper bottle).

I have been taking inositol for awhile now in powered form for pcos and have had positive results. I had never seen a liquid form of it so definitely wanted to try it. The taste is okay but I will not be taking it. I am confused why this has ethanol in it and personally do not want to consume it over a period of time not knowing what the side effects might be.

I didn’t read the label as I would for capsules. The second ingredient is ethanol. It also contains stevia as a sweetener. I don’t need sweetness and I have a negative reaction to stevia. It’s not returnable.
