I already had a pan like this but needed another to cook multiple batches. This one is lighter weight than my other pan. It had held up great, I’ve cooked brownies in it multiple times. It’s nonstick but I still spray the pan and have no problem with my brownies sticking. It makes perfect brownies all the same size. I paid a little more money than I wanted to but it was worth it. Great value for the money, works well.

Love it. I also used it to make Toffee Bars. I have trouble making even cuts so this is great. Easily slide out of the pan.

it works! I made brownies and oiled all the parts. There was some sticking, but it all came off in decent form and was easy enough to clean. I did drop the whole thing upon opening the box and the insert shifted into angles, but it was easy to reset back. The dividers are bendable, so will require some care to maintain.

While this pan is great for evenly cut brownies, the brownies are much harder than my normal moist ones. I am going to try just using the spacer as a cutter once they are baked.

I oiled the pan and the insert with vegetable oil. After I poured the brownie mix into the pan I then inserted the insert firmly into the pan. I baked at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. I let the brownies cool about 5 to 7 minutes before removing the insert. No sticking at all. Perfect brownies.

This is a sturdy pan and is non-stick.
