Had these 2 years now and only changed the batteries once. I've got 1 in my shed, and 1 outside stuck to my windows frame ,protecting my bikes in my shed, I thought with 1 being outside getting wet and either the weather it may have broke but its fine. I did have to put abit black tape over peice of the sensor because my annoying neighbor would hang his washing on the line at 4am in the mornings etc and set tje alarm off and make me jump outa bed running to the window thinking someone was in my garden. So now got that set perfect so only goes off if someone in my garden ,the really really loud with different sounds, so I've used the proper alarm sound not door bell DING DONG lol and the brilliant, always recommend them to ppl

I have recently lost my wife. It seems strange to get worried about night time intruders when I have managed to last 75 years without fear. If awakened in the night I want to know that any intruder will be welcomed with a baseball bat on their entrance to my home. The loud clear 'DING DONG...WELCOME' in its self is a clear and unmistakeable deterrent for any undesirable person entering my home.

A fantastic little unit that has plenty of uses i just dont understand the reason for using two different battery types. These will also run from USB supplied NOT mains as one reviewer mentioned. For such a low price this is a bargain I just wonder why it does not mention where to get individual sensors from to be able to expand on it.For those not looking to dive into the world of smart homes this is an ideal stand alone product that gives a kind of smart solution

Great door bell sensor. Voice welcome mode with flashing light , suits my elderly Aunt who is hard of hearing

Strategically placed on the top stairs skirting board to wake me up if my new rescue dog creeps downstairs through the night to poo in the hallway. Works perfectly and she has soon twigged that we are onto her and she has stopped doing it. Miracle item for our needs. We will use it for our caravan as well. Winner winner.
