This is great for keeping my cat in, I can have the door open and he can't escape. Velcro is really secure, good quality materials, strong zip, would recommend. I have mine on the outside door, keeps out flies in the summer too

Fits well.Finally put it up today as weather has been warmer last few days and need my back door open without the cat who seems to have adopted me wants to keep coming in the house. I already have 3 cats of my own. My 3 are scared of him, he is a pretty boy and has a home that backs onto the gardens a few doors away.Anyways I digress. . . The velcro and the sticky adhesion is good as mines is stuck to my UPVC Door as in the picture.The only one thing I would say that if you are a senior and want to go out its a bit hard for them to step out as my mum has found today. I think the fold of when you unzip should not flap/floor to the floor but should be to the side. Otherwise it's held its own today.I've put mines on then outside of my garden door frame otherwise I cannot close my door.My 3 have gone out with me zipping it open partially so the do a little hop out and back in when the other cat isn't invading the garden.I found that I couldn't do it on own as I'm short and needed longer arms so me and mum did it together.

Bought to help with introducing a second cat to our current big scaredy cat here, have only had it up for a day but already know that it will make this whole process so much easier and quicker than it would have been. I ordered a size too big thinking that it would be better to have it too big than too small, should have ordered it to exact measurements but we made it work anyway! Easy to fit, we did attach the bottom to a carpet which has worked fairly well, though have weighed it down to be safe. Definitely recommend this if you are introducing a new pet to the home!!

Had this door screen a month and we have just nearly lost our kitten. The mesh came away from the seems and made a big hole for him to escape. Luckily he was still in the garden. It was really handy to have fresh air coming in, keeping the cat in and fly's out. I will be a bit dubious buying this make of product again.

I measured the door before purchase and it was meant to fit it perfectly. On installment it is actually shorter than my door frame which means I can't secure the mesh at the top making it less sturdy. It's also pulling off constantly when opening it. It's very annoying. The zip could also be better quality as it gets stuck alot and I'm not sure how long it will last.Good points are the mech itself is nice and strong and it does stop my 8 month old kittens getting into the kitchen as I have no door. So it does do what I need it too for now.

We've had this for 1 day and it has been an absolutely necessary purchase. We are introducing a new cat to the family, our current resident cat is, as we just discovered, very territorial and felt super threatened when we showed him his new buddy for the first time. Felt very assured to have that extra layer between them. It was relatively easy to install. We were unsure how it would stick to carpet but it sticks very firmly. It does come with pins but we found the stick was enough and much safer for the cats. Had lots of friends say what a good idea this is too. Highly recommend.
