Works in Transit250
Arrived with no instructions. Watched several youtube videos and installed easily. Hint: loosen slightly bolts on swivel plate and add grafit to swivel before installation for easier turn.

Good brackets
This DOES FIT 2014-2021 Ram Promaster. Mine is a 2018 Ram Promaster 2500 and the brackets line up with the holes from the factory seat mount.Pros: they definitely enhance the look, space, and the option to turn at a certain angle to create space in your van for sure. They are STURDY. and they are much cheaper than other brackets you find from the swivel shop website. Also, THESE BRACKETS WORK. Those that said this is a scam are just goofballs who don’t know that they have to loosen up the bolts that held the two metal pieces together super tightly thus the brackets can’t spin. You’ll have to loosen up the bolts.Cons: the bolts that came with the brackets to mount them onto the factory seat mount are pretty long so they’ll need to be cut to clear the rails when turning. If you have a grinder the job is easy. The driver side bracket will need to be cut at the left back corner so that when the driver seat is turning, it’ll clear the E-Brake (if the ebrake is pulled up). You’ll need to remove two factory brackets that attached between the seatbelt buckle and the seat because keeping those factory brackets will prevent you from swiveling your seat.If I didn’t have to cut the corner of the bracket on the driver side and have to trim all the bolts that came with the brackets, I would have left a 5 star. Good brackets indeed. You’ll just need to be handy to make it work.

Skip this swivel
Would not recommend to anyone. This is cheap and tries to be a universal base, but is just poorly made. Some problems with it:1. Out of the box, the swivel is completely seized up, and will not move.2. The swivel is just two pieces of plastic that are supposed to slide against one another. Not a bearing or actual mechanical rotator3. The bolt holes in the description refer to colors for different vehicle models. There are no colors on this base.4. It is a total crapshoot which holes line up. On my 2018 transit, the best that could ever work was 3 holes lining up.Pass on this swivel

worked great!
took me about an hour. watched a couple youtube videos first. that helped a lot. had to use the original seat bolts to connect the swivel to the base, then had to use a bunch of washers on the bolts in the back connecting the seat to the swivel, or they would have been too long and hit the plate when it rotates. also had to use whatever holes lined up in the front when connecting the seat to the swivel. but it works! i am very happy with it.

Good for the price
The media could not be loaded. This doesn't come with instructions but you can find a tutorials on youtube if you want to see how it's done first, though it wont be for this brand. I included my installation process with my review. I have a 2016 Transit. BUY YOUR OWN NUTS the ones provided are lock nuts and i didnt feel like dealing with them. M8x 1.25 or something Is what I got but check.my review:Cons to my experience: Turning it is harder than it really should be. and one of the holes i was supposed to use did not fully match. It was off enough that I couldnt get the bolt in all the way as shown in the video and in a picture. This is a manufacturing defect, but probably not be a problem on every swivel based on the other reviews. I just got bad luck apparently, but it wasnt enough to return it since I can open the hole a bit and get the bolt to set correctly. This slight offset does inhibit the seat's tracks enough that currently it only moves forward or back about an inch. A tall price to pay for a swivel. I'm pretty confident I can fix it but it is annoying to have to remedy the manufacturer's mistake, but you get what you pay for. Not providing instructions is always a con of course.Pros: It's cheap and functions. You can install it in under an hour by yourself. doesn't add too much seat height. Seems pretty stable so far. simple to operate. How I installed it:-Disconnect batteries (my van has 2, yours might just have 1) you'll need to disconnect the negative terminal(s) from their post(s). You can try to turn on the van and if nothing lights up you did it right. You should look up a tutorial on that if you don't know what youre doing. It is easy, but might be nerve-wrecking for someone who hasnt done it-Disconnect the airbag by unscrewing the single hex bolt (7mm i believe) under the seat in front.-Remove all 4 star shaped bolts, (40T). Your seat is free at this point.-Use the colour diagram in the seller description for which holes to use. should be obvious tho.-use the star bolts to put the swivel in and then use the bolts, nuts and washers to secure the seat onto the top.-Reconnect the airbag and battery. thread the black power supply cord thru the hole in the center of the swivel and make sure its got enough slack to turn. Do not turn the van on with the air bag disconnected bc you might cause an error.*If you have a bar in the back seat base you'll have to cut it off to turn the seat.Edit: I did manage to figure out what was stopping the track and it was the washers. I cut the bolts to make them shorter but they still ended up hitting the lower section of the swivel chair. I again installed the shorten bolts and only had to use one washer which the track could go over. so now it is fully functional, swivels and the track can move forward and back 100%. I did lower my review because all my struggles could have been avoided with instructions in the box. I'm a novice at this DIY stuff and can eventually figure things out but it was annoying. Instructions should be a given

No instructions
Swivel came with no instructions and with marks and scratches as if it was tried to be installed once before. I don’t know yet if everything is in the box as it has no indication of what’s supposed to be in the box. I will look on YouTube to find some kind of instructions. If I manage to get it installed and working I will change my rating. So far it’s a two sta***Updated Edit***It took two people to install it. I had to keep looking on the item page on Amazon to see the photo of the picture of the holes with colors on them. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours with the right tools . the bolts need to be shorter to slide seat all the way forward as it stops at pilots. It still works the way that it is. I did have to loosen the tightness of the swivel action as it was froze stuck. I give it 4 stars for the hassle of no instructions and wrong length bolts.

Missing parts, instructions, torque specifications
The product did not include the correct bolt and nut sizes for the Ford Transit, and it arrived without any installation instructions. Additionally, the absence of torque specifications for the bolts raises a significant safety concern.
