Good.
Lovely, works for me. Great size. I also apply one to facial skin at night, works for me, skin looks great. Don't know if it's the supplement or the extra facial massage, whatever, my skin is happy.

Good value and easy to swallow
I'm always on the look out for good supplements to maintain good and beautiful skin, and these soft gels seem to be right for the job as they contain retinol, which is a well-known beauty ingredient. I have been taking them for the last two weeks now but it’s still early stages to tell if they are actually working. I am hoping that there will be noticeable improvement in the next month or so.They're very easy to swallow soft gels and there is no after taste whatsoever. I also appreciate the fact that these are UK made. You get 180 soft gels in the bottle, which is a three-month supply if you take the recommended 2 per day. The price is £14.99 at the time of writing this review, which is good value for money in my opinion.Overall, I am very happy with this product which I will definitely continue on taking.

It comes oxidised and will form harmful byproducts.
I bought a bottle of vitamin A from you on amazon, but the vitamin A came in a clear bottle and not in a white bottle as shown in the picture, as it is a fat-soluble vitamin, it can oxidise when stored in a clear container, especially if exposed to light, air, or heat. Oxidation degrades the vitamin, reducing its potency and potentially forming harmful byproducts. Very disappointed and frustrated!

Works out 17p per day, that's £1.19 per week roughly £5 per month
The media could not be loaded. I take a variety of different vitamins and minerals but I am new to taking Vitamin A as an individual tablet. These are very easy to swallow, x2 per day. You get 3 months worth and it works out about £5 per month. There is no after taste of anything either.Happily taking these and would buy againThe only downside for this is the waste of plastic as the pot is huge compared to the content size but this seems to be the issue with most vitamins for some reason
