Its decent for low lighting, but is powerful enough to light up the room if the LEDs are in open view and not covered as in my case. In my case its like have a lamp in two corners even whilst covered by the coving.Be careful in corners because one of the resistor came off and a portion of the strip stopped working - I had to solder the resistor back on. I would have been impressed if it came with 4x corners connectors rather than 2x connectors.

This COB light sticks firmly and works immediately it's plugged in. The remote control is superb and even comes with a spare battery. There are 5 variations of white to suit all occasions and match with other lighting, and there are 10 levels of brightness.The phone app allows you to set timers, hue and brightness, though if you already have other lights which use the Lotus Lanterns phone app, just be aware your phone will be controlling them all simultaneously. The supplied remote works very nicely, so I'll not use the Lotus app with this particular light. Oh, and there's a short link wire and push sockets supplied as a welcome bonus, if for some reason you need to cut the tape light at one of the many cutting points to get a sharp change of direction, or cut it just to make it shorter.I'll wait a few days to be doubly sure I still like this light, but I suspect many of my rooms will be getting one soon.

Used this set to line the perimeter of my office room for soft light at all times of the day.Selection of day, warm and cool white colours is nice to have. I use the warm white in the evenings for relaxing, and day white for working.These strips of white LEDs are also more energy efficient when compared to RGB strips so, even though these lights are on a lot, I have not seen a change in my electric bills.

Set up which was easy and was pleased with the product, after two weeks the bright light LEDS work but when you switch to the warm lights LEDS they don’t work which is very disappointing

Pros - Lights themselves are great and easy to fit. You can trim to length you require with ease. 4 settings so you can achieve the level of light you require. Easy control unit on the main power line.Negs - The remote control stopped working after an hour. Battery changed and still didn't work. App is clumbersome as it covers several different variants of the products.

Really pleased with these lights put them in the conservatory where we only have lamps it’s nice to have bright lights in there but as they have different settings we can change them to suit mood ! Liked them that much we bought more for the dinning room !

I bought two and added to my floating bed and mirror . It looks great . The only concern I have is if you have two of it close to each other , then it is little hard to control them separately . Otherwise the app works great . It has different mode and brightness . Worth it
