Packaging is best I would say, product quality is good but springs are not that great, it’s on the tougher side but when you sit more on any side, it used to get softer at that side.Before getting this product, I’ve ordered 2 sofas from different sellers and during transportation it was damaged so unfortunately I’ve to return it.This one has really best packaging possible, but the issue is we don’t have seller contact details & delivery guy won’t deliver it to your house, they will deliver it to your parking only, for example I live on second floor so to deliver till second floor I’ve to pay 1200 more to delivery boy, but you know Indian guys I’ve settled in 500, even though it’s more but there is no other option.

Very hollow and uncomfortable
I bought this on the pretext it is leather but I don’t feel it is. Having used for a week I noticed that after prolong sitting the foam inside the sofa appears to become very uncomfortable and sluggish making me think I have definitely made a bad choice. My advice is that it is very hollow and uncomfortable from the inside and unsure of its lasting. Don’t buy is my advice
