Nutri Advanced Methyl Complex - Methylated B Vitamins with Folate + Betaine - 90 Capsules

I'm taking these to help boost my energy, which I have successfully been getting from the B Vitamins.I've also been taking these to help with cognitive function and to help balance my neutrotransmitter levels in my brain, and it seems to be working, as I'm feeling happier overall and more motivated in work, and with getting things done in and around the home.Easy to swallow capsule, you take twice a day which is about 6 weeks.They seem to be working so far, so I'm going to keep taking them, and I'd recommend them.

Very good. It has definately made a difference to my health. I only need to take one capsule a day now.

Even though I eat a pretty healthy diet, I'm usually willing to boost my vitamin intake. However I was rather alarmed to read on the bottle that the capsules contain 10,000% the recommended daily intake of Vitamin B12; 2,143% of B6 and 225% of folate - and they're supposed to be taken twice a day. I know that increased doses of some vitamins can be beneficial, but 20,000% really does seem to be going too far, and I'm really not willing to experiment by taking these. It's possible that the information on the label is incorrect, but that in itself would raise a question about the integrity of the product.

The labelling on this product made it look like a cheap brand. The print on the labelling was sketchy and did not convey an image of quality.Disappointingly, these contain anti caking agents of rice flour (which isn’t bad) but also Silicon Dioxide which is something I would avoid.Trust in a product when you’re consuming it is a big deal so unfortunately I did not trust that this would be good for me

Decnetp rice for something like this, and it has vitamin B12 and 6 which is really nice too!

Not sure what else to say about these other than that they seem reassuringly well packaged, and fairly priced. Since incorporating Nutri Advanced Methyl Complex into my daily regimen, I've experienced improved energy levels, mental clarity, and mood stability.

These are small easy-to-swallow tablets. The benefits of methyl folate, B12 etc are that such formulations are highly absorbable and if you are taking NMN, it will help the body far more than normal Folate. I can feel a major difference when I take this supplement. It is excellent and it works very quickly. I take it with a B vitamin complex. This is a well-priced vitamin product, it works and I am happy to recommend it.
