I was very impressed with this product: helped my constipation but also as an added benefit, smoothed out my forehead wrinkles. Price seems right and I had no problems with capsule size. Will be keeping this in my diet.

I was on a quest to find a solution to my constipation problems. I found that castor oil worked, but it tastes horrible. So I bought these and another brand. These are by far the best and the most effective. I take 15 of these (1.3 teaspoons) each morning on an empty stomach. They work in 1.5 to 4 hours. I found that these work when I haven't eaten in the last 8 hours and take with just a few sips of water. If I eat or drink a lot of water at the same time that I take these, they have no effect. Also, they don't work if I take them and then lie down for several hours. Once I found out how they work with my body, I have found these to be 100% effective in solving my constipation problems.

Great product only thing they stick together after sitting a while

Frozen, these are EASY to swallow. I heard about this on TikTok. Taking 5 frozen capsules a night will completely empty your intestines. I lost 10 lbs approximately two weeks after finishing my 5-day, 5-capsule regimen. And THEN I got sick 🤢 so my stomach virus might have helped me lose weight. However, I’m on another detox and my skin looks amazing! I love 5 lbs so far AND a pants size. Follow your heart 💜

It works

More tolerable than drinking castor oil but they still. Have a bad flavor, bad burps and overall, not very effective as a laxative.
