Worked flawlessly with 2g, wired and BluetoothHate that I had to install software to get additional settings but was very happy with the extra features it provided.Build quality is superb but can be a finger print magnet, weight is will distributed which makes mouse easy to use and very responsive. Noticed no lag on either mode and so far it's been very comfortable.Thinking about getting another for work

I actually use this mouse for work after my original one stopped working. I didn't want to spend too much since I am not gaming with it but it does a great job and is comfortable during my 8-9 hour shifts. The battery lasts all week at the very least and it seems to be sturdy.

*edit: i was contacted by customer service after my review and was promptly helped with the issues i was having. They also replaced my mouse that i was having issues with. I am very pleased with their services and kind help.I've had this mouse for about five months now and I can say it was good in the beginning then turned annoying.Pros: LONG lasting battery, easy to set up controls, fits perfectly in my little hand, and was easy to set up the software on my computer (for cool color changes and button options)Cons: the finish has worn off where my fingers rest, now needs to be CONSTANTLY lifted and shaken to "reset" from being crazy laggy (I even tried resetting the speed adjustment but still would lag, so I figured lifting it off the pad and shaking it works fine).Overall, it's good just unsure why mine is lagging so badly....

I've been a big advocate for Redragon for many years now as an affordable alternative to more expensive brands for my mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse needs. Up until now, it has exceeded my expectations so I felt the need to buy from them again when it came time to refresh my keyboard/mouse setup during Prime Day. So far, that has been a mistake. The mouse I received will not hold a full charge longer than a few hours, which is frankly ridiculous considering how low I have the dormancy timer set while its in Bluetooth/2.4 mode. This is forcing me to use it in wired mode, which completely negates the entire reason I wanted this specific model in the first place over a wired counterpart.I reached out to their customer service, which is typically fantastic so I'll be more than happy to update this if the outcome is positive. However, for now, I would definitely check the mouse on a full charge to make sure it holds as it appears the rechargeable battery has been an issue for others as well.UPDATE: As expected, customer service responded quickly and mentioned that the M693 cannot be charged with a fast charging plug like you would typically use with your other mobile devices. The RGB light indicator on the mouse wheel will show its charging, but it's not holding that charge and it will be back to blinking red with low battery just hours later. This ended up being my problem and as soon as I charged it with a USB-C directly from my PC instead to a full charge, it's been fine and holding the charge great. So long story short, if you are having issues with this mouse out of the box with battery charge, make sure your cable is not plugged into a fast charge adapter.I've updated my rating to 4 stars because, in fairness, it is a very good wireless mouse and on par with what I've come to expect from Redragon. However, it took me having to reach out to them to even find out about the issue with using a fast charging cable and it's not mentioned at all in the quick start guide or anywhere that I can find online for that matter.

Looks great, feels great, works great. Battery lasts forever. I'm going to keep buying Redragon peripherals. They have figured out how to do it.
